Welcome to Wazafk! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our freelancing marketplace, located at our website and mobile application.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Wazafk if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. The Platform

Wazafk provides a platform for Freelancers and Clients to connect and collaborate. We are not a party to any contract between Freelancers and Clients.

2. User Accounts

To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification.
  • Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to Wazafk.
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to us.

3. Relationships

Users are independent contractors. This Agreement or use of our Services does not create an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchisee relationship between you and Wazafk.

4. Fees and Payments

Clients pay Freelancers for completed services through the Wazafk platform. Wazafk charges a service fee for facilitating these transactions. The current fee structure is available on our Fee Schedule page.

5. Disputes

We encourage Users to resolve disputes between themselves. If that is not possible, Users may use the Wazafk Dispute Resolution Service.

6. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Wazafk and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Wazafk. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Wazafk for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from Wazafk
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from Wazafk
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Wazafk
  • Redistribute content from Wazafk

7. Disclaimer

The materials on Wazafk's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Wazafk makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Changes to Terms

Wazafk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
